Our Story
Valiant Champs Childcare was born from a deep place of passion, purpose and love for nurturing children. Its foundations lie in the belief that every child is unique, deserving of a safe, secure and inspiring environment where they can grow, discover themselves and reach their highest potential. This vision was shaped long before the business officially began—rooted in the lived experiences, values and professional journey of its founder, Titilayo Adewuyi.

Titilayo Adewuyi
Titilayo’s path into early years education was guided by a profound understanding of children’s individuality and the importance of supporting them holistically. As a mother of two, she gained first hand experience in child development, emotional wellbeing and the day to day realities of raising children.
Her earlier work as a support worker in a special needs school further strengthened her insight into the diverse needs of children, the importance of inclusive practice and the power of patient, compassionate support. Before entering the childcare sector, Titilayo built a strong professional foundation in the corporate world.
She earned a BSc in Environmental Health, equipping her with expertise in health, safety, hygiene and risk management—skills that now underpin the high safeguarding standards of Valiant Champs Childcare. She also gained valuable experience in the banking sector, working in financial product management and complaint handling, where she developed strong organisational, communication and customer care skills.
Despite her success in the corporate environment, Titilayo felt a persistent calling to work more closely with children and families. Her passion for nurturing young minds, combined with her desire to create a safe and empowering space for children, inspired her to pursue a career in early years education. Motivated by this purpose, she undertook professional training in early years and committed herself to building a childcare service grounded in quality, integrity and love.
Valiant Champs
In 2020, she took a bold step and launched Valiant Champs Childcare from her home. What began as a small childminding service quickly grew into a trusted, community focused provision known for its warmth, professionalism and child centred approach. Over time, the business expanded its team, strengthened its operational systems and developed a reputation for excellence, inclusivity and strong family partnerships. Today, Valiant Champs Childcare stands as a reflection of Titilayo’s journey—combining her academic background, professional experience, personal values and unwavering commitment to children’s wellbeing. It continues to grow with the same purpose it began with: to nurture, inspire and empower every child to become a confident, capable and resilient champion in their own right.
